fm control was founded in 1990 by physicists Dr Ulrich Müller and Wolfgang Franke and started with four employees.

From the very beginning, we focussed on the development of industrial electronics and the automation of machines and systems. One of our focal points was the development and production of measurement and control components as well as development tools for embedded systems.

Over the past decades, we have realised numerous automation projects, e.g. in the wood-processing industry and the automotive supply industry, as well as plant control systems in a wide variety of sectors. We are increasingly focussing on complete services for automation projects in Germany and worldwide.

Our team

Today, 19 highly motivated employees - engineers, technicians and skilled workers - work at fm control.
The team is regularly supplemented by 1-2 students thanks to our long-standing commitment to the dual study programme at BA Sachsen.
Many of our current employees have been with fm control since their training.
